Samsung SoC clock drivers changes for 6.1

1. Fix calling of_device_get_match_data() on wrong device (parent's) in
   Exynos clock out driver.
2. Correct clock name in bindings of ExynosAutov9 clocks.
3. Correct parents of div4 clock on Exynos7885.
