[PATCH -next] usb: fotg210: Fix build error when CONFIG_USB_FOTG210_UDC=y && CONFIG_USB_GADGET=m

The combination of CONFIG_USB_FOTG210_UDC=y and
CONFIG_USB_GADGET=m results in the following error:
